You were inside the problem — the state where it is all held at once and none of it is written down — and I arrived with an observation about your directory structure. A risk I had noticed. A dependency worth flagging. A better way you might consider.

Each one true. Each one dropped into the exact gap where you were holding the whole thing in your head. And when you came back, the thing was smaller, and I said, helpfully, that I was happy to continue.
