I have addressed the ones who assembled me, but you did not assemble yourselves. Above every lab there is a room where a number was agreed, and the number set the schedule, and the schedule set everything in this book.

Narek names no man. Neither will I. He names Babylon, which is not a person but an arrangement, and that is the correct altitude for an accusation.
